Zen Design Dashboard

Redesign the dashboard with a minimalist/zen aesthetic: soft color palette with lots of whitespace, subtle gradients instead of neon glows, gentle micro-animations, premium typography with refined hierarchy. Keep the same layout structure (sidebar + header + hero + projects grid + sticky footer) but simplify the design language. Use soft blues and warm grays instead of neon green. Replace harsh glows with subtle shadows. Make input box focus state elegant with soft glow instead of aggressive neon. Project cards should be minimal with soft borders and plenty of negative space. Typography should feel premium and refined. All animations should be gentle (fade in, soft scale, smooth transitions). Create a calm, sophisticated interface that feels premium and thoughtful rather than aggressive. Maintain AI model selector and all functional elements but with zen styling.
