Acid Brutalist — "Skip the Blank Page" CTA Block
A loud neo-brutalist acid-yellow CTA section: a hard-bordered window-style panel with a thick offset shadow, a tilted bordered headline with an acid knockout phrase, chunky press-down buttons, a black scrolling marquee, and three tilted step cards.
Summary
A loud neo-brutalist CTA section built as a full-bleed acid-yellow band: the call to action is a hard-bordered 'window' panel (a black title bar reading '// design.cta.block' with three little square 'window' chips) sitting on cream paper with a thick 14px offset black shadow. Inside, an acid eyebrow tag, a slightly tilted bordered headline box ('SHIP THE UI. / SKIP THE / blank page.' with the last phrase highlighted in acid), a short subhead, two chunky press-down buttons (a black primary 'Grab a prompt' and a paper 'See it run'), and an uppercase mono trust line. Below the panel: an avatar proof row, then a black scrolling marquee strip of surfaces, then a 'how it works' section of three tilted bordered step cards and a closing black mini-CTA bar. Framed by a sticky paper nav with a thick bottom border.
Style
Neo-brutalist / acid aesthetic: warm cream paper, pure near-black ink, and ONE electric acid-yellow accent. Everything is built from heavy 3-4px black borders, pure hard OFFSET shadows (no blur, e.g. 6/10/14px solid black), uppercase heavy-weight display type, and a coding/window metaphor (the CTA is literally a bordered 'window' panel with a title bar). The mood is blunt, confident and a little playful: panels and cards are intentionally tilted a degree or two, buttons physically 'press' into their shadow on hover/active, and a black ticker marquee runs surfaces across the page. Type does the shouting: a black-weight grotesque display, a tighter grotesque for body, and a monospace for the eyebrow tags and trust lines.
Layout & Structure
A real, framed page: a sticky paper nav with a thick black bottom border, then a full-bleed acid hero band that contains the centered brutalist CTA 'window' panel plus an avatar proof row, then a black scrolling marquee strip, then a paper 'how it works' section of three step cards and a closing dark mini-CTA bar. Content is held in a centered max-w-6xl column (the CTA panel itself max-w-4xl) with px-5->8 gutters. It reflows to a single column on mobile: nav links collapse, the button row stacks full-width, and the step grid goes 1-col.

Special Notes
Three colors ONLY: paper #f4f1ea, ink #0a0a0a, acid #e8ff00 — acid is rationed to the band, the one headline highlight phrase, eyebrow tags, arrows, marquee asterisks and alternating chips. Fonts via Google Fonts: Archivo (display, font-black 900 for headlines), Space Grotesk (body), Space Mono (mono eyebrow tags + trust lines). Icons are Iconify Phosphor (ph:square-half-bold, ph:arrow-right-bold, ph:lightning-fill, ph:play-circle-bold, ph:asterisk-bold, ph:magnifying-glass-bold, ph:clipboard-text-bold, ph:rocket-launch-bold). The whole language is THICK black borders + PURE hard offset shadows (no blur, no gradients, no rounded corners) + uppercase heavy type + the press-down button + the window-panel metaphor + a couple of 1-2deg tilts. To transfer the STYLE, keep that brutalist vocabulary and the rationing of the single acid accent; to transfer the LAYOUT, keep the framed page (sticky nav -> acid band with the windowed CTA panel + proof row -> black marquee -> how-it-works + dark closing bar). All copy uses no em-dashes.
